Email support@opsenter.com. Telling us your iOS version and what you tapped just before the problem makes a fix much faster.
On your phone only. There is no account and no server copy. Your weight and height are additionally encrypted with a key that never leaves the device — see the Privacy Policy.
The encryption key is stored as device-only, so an iCloud backup deliberately does not carry it to a new phone. Entries recorded before the restore cannot be opened, and Pinch says so in Settings rather than showing blanks. Everything you log from now on is saved normally. Doses, symptoms, supplements, water, and food logs are unaffected.
iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pinch → Cancel. Or open Pinch → Settings → Subscription → Manage. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases, and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still does not unlock, email us.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Pinch → Allow Notifications, and that Focus or a Scheduled Summary is not holding them back. Reminders are scheduled locally, so they work offline and with no server involved.
Yes. Choose Other peptide when adding a medication, name it yourself, and enter your own dose. Pinch records what you enter; it does not suggest doses or protocols.
Settings → Your data → Delete everything erases every entry and cancels scheduled reminders. It cannot be undone.
