Pinch

Terms of Use

Last updated 14 September 2026

By installing or using Pinch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Pinch is not medical advice and not a medical device. It is a record book and a calculator for information you enter yourself. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it never tells you what dose to take. Dose schedules, titration plans, and reconstitution results reflect what you typed in. Always confirm anything you plan to do with the clinician who prescribed your medication, and call emergency services for a medical emergency.

Who may use Pinch

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Pinch is for tracking medication that has been prescribed to you. Do not use it to plan use of substances that have not been prescribed to you.

Your content

Everything you log is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device backed up. Because your records are not stored on our servers, we cannot recover them if you lose or erase your device — and for weights and heights, restoring a backup onto a new device leaves the older encrypted entries unreadable, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Pinch is free to use, with optional Pinch Premium unlocking medication-level curves, the compounded-dose calculator, and unlimited history.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, attempt to bypass the subscription, or use Pinch in a way that breaks the law where you live.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We will not remove a feature you have already paid for within the term you paid for without offering a refund path through Apple.

Disclaimer and liability

Pinch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost data, or for decisions made about your treatment. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Third parties

Food data comes from Open Food Facts and is provided by its contributors, not verified by us. Subscription handling uses RevenueCat and Apple. Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®, Saxenda® and Victoza® are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. Mounjaro®, Zepbound® and Trulicity® are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. Pinch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
